According to the data analysis of SONWHITE CHEMCAIL, the market price of o-phthalic anhydride continued to rise this week(（20230717-20230721）). By the end of the weekend, the price of o-phthalic anhydride was 8,050 yuan/ton, an increase of 3.87% from the price of 7,750 yuan/ton at the beginning of the week, and a year-on-year increase of 1.10%.

Recently, domestic phthalic anhydride plants have been operating smoothly, and domestic phthalic anhydride plants have been operating stably. Now, the operating rate of domestic phthalic anhydride is around 60%, and the supply of goods is slightly tight. The recent rise in the price of industrial naphthalene has led to a rise in the price of naphthalene-based phthalic anhydride.
